We went to a local creamery tonight! They had a live music evening where you could set up a picnic and hang out. The ice cream was totally yummy and we made a new friend! Actually, we made several new friends, but the *kids* made friends with Miss A. They had so much fun running around with Miss A - they were playing some version of freeze tag without a care in the world, while Sunshine looked on at her crazy siblings :-) It was so gratifying to see the kids running around in a field with a new friend that they had made so easily. They got along so well! We got home much later than we had wanted, but they were having such a carefree time and it's the summer, so we just went with it.
